Anyone got any direct contact with City of JHB admin/billing people?
I have 2 water meters on my account, but only one water meter on my property. Been trying to resolve this for 2 years now. I log a call every 6-8 months, which gets escalated when I call almost every month, then mysteriously the call gets closed without anyone doing anything. I then have to log a new request again.
Anyone know who I can speak to directly. Going through the call centre and walk-in centres seems to make no difference
