e36 bixenon retrofit paint options

so I am busy with my bosch retrofit, and I am at the point when I am ready to assemble or continue modifications

one thing I do know, is that because I can use e46 style shrouds with the bosch, it is going to look a lot better than my depo retrofit.

I am definately going to be removing the round glass in front of the lowbeam.

basically I have 3 options.

leave everything chrome (this is not put back together, more an overlay assembly ):



paint low beam and surrounds black, leave highbeam chrome:

paint low beam and surrounds black, paint highbeams yellow:
my depos (bear in mind these just look worse, no glass, no "shrouds")
