Sony cybershot lense cleaning required

I have recently used camera in a dusty area as I needed to have a video evidence of the blast. After the blast was done, I noticed that there was excessive dust on the non accessible side of the lens. When I switched the camera off, it refused to retract the zoom aperture.

Is there somewhere I can get this stripped and cleaned out ?

Assistance will be highly appreciated.
