Greetings to all forum members.
My X5 is out of Motorplan, and after the last service, I paid for at the dealership, it thought I'd try and have it done a bit cheaper. A mate suggested a guy in Hillcrest, who quoted 7k to do the service and brakes, and even though my initial mail asked as to whether he has the diagnostic tools to reset all the service indicators and brake service indicators, I still got my car back with all the lights glowing. Apparently, these indicators can only be reset by an agent, which I can see costing another small fortune.
Hopefully, there's a fanatic member out there that can give me an idea as to whether this is in fact true, or another option?
