E46 Idle Problem

Hi guys,

My 318i 2000 model E46 does not seem to idle very well every morning, the car also takes a while to warm up and if driven when cold, has absolutely no power...

When starting the car every morning, I have to give a few revs other wise it just switches off, although after those few revs, idle returns to normal and the car is warm in about 2 minutes+.

I do have a 50mm free flow exhaust on the car, but I am suspecting the vannos seals?
