Hey there guys,
I have noticed that of late my 2005 120d is smoking when I put my foot down. There doesn't seem to be any smoking under normal driving acceleration but as soon as I get the throttle open there are bellows of smoke behind me. My consumption is still fairly normal so I am baffled as to what can be causing this.
Any theories?
I am going to a mechanic today and would like to know if there are any ideas you guys might have as this is the first time I will be going to this guy and don't want to be BS'd. It's also my first diesel vehicle so I am not too clued up.
