Hello All,
I wanted to introduce myself and some of my background in BMW's. My name is Lenny Napier and I live in Southern Arizona in the United States. I have owned BMW's for 18 years and been around the mark all my 33 years, My father bought his 1975 2002 (the white 2002 you see below) in 1979 when I was born. He had owned 356 Porsches for 30 years but since they had no back seat we needed a car that did and found his 2002. My first car was a 1974 2002 that I owned for 12 years and fully restored and had painted estoril blue, sorry I dont have any photos of it at the moment but will find some and post them up, I have since that time owned several BMW's. Below are photos of some of them; first is my 1989 M3 I am the 2nd owner of the car and 3 years ago undertook a full ground up restoration of the car. The car is about 75% done, here are some photos as she sits right now and what it looked like before. Every nut, bolt is new and what parts are not new have been rebuilt and powdercoated. I will start a build thread here with more detailed photos. Next up is my wifes Daily 2008 X3 M Sport, then my 2003 M3, 2002 Dinan S2 M3, my mothers 1976 2002 that she still daily drives, and my 1991 325i Cabrio I owned.
I have been a member of R3vlimited for the past 5 years and S14.net for 5 years, M3fourm.com for 7 years, and E46fanitics.com for 8 years. For the past 4 years I have served as President of the Sonora Chapter of The BMW Car Club of America, http://www.bmwccasonora.com/, my father was one of our chapters founding members back in 1980 and I have grown up in the Club and love all that it brings.
What brings me to your fine forum is I have started a search for a BMW 333i, of the many different E30 models that BMW produced it has always been a favorite of mine and I have always wanted to own one.I thank you for allowing me into your great fourm and look forward to making friends in the BMW world.
