So first things first, my cars brake wear sensor hasn't lit up my dash warning light yet but what troubles me most is the annoying squeal coming from the front right wheel when driving slowly and then also it sounds like two marble stones being pushed together when I apply the brakes.
You can clearly see the lip on the disc and various lines and grooves in the disc itself. I will post pics later today.
So my question, are my discs and pads due for an upgrade even though the brake wear sensor hasnt lit up? Im just scared the previous mechanics didnt bother to fit a vreak wear sensor
Thanks

Just checked my cars history.
Front brake pads replaced on 8 June 2011 and 5 December 2012 with sensor.
Rears only replaced 8 June 2011 with sensor.
No indication that discs were ever replaced in this time.
So I guess I will have to replace everything.
Could the squeal be a wheel bearing?
Regards
