What's this service?

Hi Fanatics,

After I replaced my rear brake pads & reset the service indicator, I checked the service info on the car. And the the next service in 3000 km/Nov 2016 now, is the one next to 16 & 17 on the image:



Does this mean I will have to replace my starter/ignition come November or 3000 km from now? I'd really love to do a DIY, but just don't know what would be needed. Please assist with your insight on this.
