Worst Service Ever - Online Car Parts

I queried here in the forum a few days ago about a company called Online Car Parts . Well I have the answer for you all and advise against dealing with this company.
I contacted them 2 weeks ago on their website requesting a price and stock availability on some parts, and up to today no-one replied.
A few days ago I actually phoned them and explained that I had sent a email and they couldn't answer as to why they didn't reply. Anyway I asked a consultant for the prices and stock availability on what I was looking for and I had to tell the consultant where to look on their web page because she didn't know herself properly. I asked for the brand name of item and i was asked for my contact no and they would phone me back which they didn't. Three days later (today) I contact them again, the first consultant couldn't even understand English, I proceeded to put phone down and try again several times to try to talk to the owner or someone senior, which I heard the sales manager name is Clive. I was put on hold waiting for him, they had asked my name which I gave them, and while I was holding on I heard the staff laughing and making fun of my name and im not certain but it sounded like the manager was involved, saying its a Dogs name and so forth. I was devastated when this was all going on. After holding for a while the phone was put down. I proceeded to call back to give them a piece of my mind and was told the manager wasn't available, I left my details with them again and requested that the manager Clive contact me today before end of business otherwise I would also let people know how bad their service is.
Well about half and hour later he phones and i explain to him the whole story and of his staff making fun and even sounded like him, he raises voice telling that it wasn't him and that he does not want to do business with me,that he doesn't care if I post on all motoring forums of their actions and extremely bad work ethics. I proceeded to just put the phone down.
Well there you go, sorry for a bit of a long post, BUT I need to let the Fanatics know,I wonder with this type of service,how one can buy from them online. Business must be very good for them.
