Greetings Fanatics,
RishieRish sent his A3 for some TLC from myself and Fuzz.
This was the first car Fuzz used the new Makita polisher on, recently obtained from Mo@CrazyRideZ

Some pictures of what we were up against...
The car was thorougly washed with a mild degreasing agent to eliminate all dirt and grime stuck to the paint.
The Rims were cleaned with a mild degreaser, folllowed by a coating Dragons Breath which was left to do its magic before the final rinse. They were hand polished with Meguirs M82, and finally Double Waxed to keep brake dust and dirt build up at bay.
After painted panels were smoothed with a medium clay the correction polish steps were performed.
We opted on a Scholl S3 Gold and Lake County Orange CCS Pad on the new Makita for the initial cut, and finished off with Menzerna SF4000 on a Yellow Menzerna pad and the rotary to achieve that final deep gloss.
It was sealed using Poorboys Black Hole, and finally waxed with a coat of Collonite #845.
And some after pictures.....
Rish, thanks for the friendship and opportunity to make you love your car again
