Gummi Pflege (or equivalent)

Hi all,

Anyone know where to get some Gummi Pflege or a local equivalent, to lubricate/clean the door/window rubbers of various cars?

Or, does anyone have some that they're willing to barter?

We've tried Q20, WD40 etc and to no avail. They still squeak.
