E36 Passenger seat occupancy pad

Hi guys,

The passenger seat occupancy pad in my E36 needs to be replaced.

I have two options:

1. Buy a new one at about R2500, or
2. Bypass the sensor.

Option 2 would be much cheaper and dont mind the airbag deploying (in the event of a collision) even if the seat is unoccupied.

Does anyone know of someone in the east rand area that can bypass the sensor for me.
