AC exhaust or m performance exhaust

So on my 235 I would like a louder exhaust, so here is the choice I have to make. Bmw Performance exhaust, with the ac schnitzer downpipe. Or just the ac schnitzer exhaust both options would cost about R30k.

And then I would like to know what sound difference would the ac downpipe make being catted
