Hi guys
So I need some urgent advice.
About 5 years ago I took my very first loan for the amount of 4000, the amount was paid up about 20 months after (Account was paid before required time period). The past 3 months I have been fighting with a firm called VVM, they claim that I owe "Direct Axis" just over R17K, I have tried explaining numerous times to them that this is not true and have even emailed them statements proving this fact, but they just directly call me a liar and that I need to make a payment arrangement. The next day a different consultant phones me and it start all over again. They are even phoning my office and leaving messages which is very embarrassing
Clearly I do not know what to do anymore, as these idiots do not listen, when I ask for paperwork they say I have a contract with Direct axis and need to phone them. When I phone direct axis to sort the mess out I am told that I need to speak with VVM as they do not have the account anymore.
What am I to do now?
As a side note, I do receive monthly credit reports, and this is not on there.
