I've received an email via the Western Cape Gov.
I think it's recommended that business owners voice their opinion, especially those that deals in the tourism/hospitality sector.
Not sure if other provinces received similar e-mails...but guessing tourism is quite important for the Western Cape so that's why they are sending out this survey.
