I just want to thank all that helped me with all the info on the E46 M3. A member even drove 30km's to my place to show me his M3.
But with finding a clean one being so damn difficult, and me deciding to get a daily driver I have decided to go for an F30 3series.
Right now I am in the process of securing a deal for a F30 328i M-Sport with full M-Performance goodies attached. I cant wait and am so excited. If not the F30 328i then I will be taking delivery of a F30 320i M-Sport with all the M-Performance goodies.
The 330i will be missed, and it will be a sad day to be losing the straight six beauty that has put a smile on my face for the last 4 years.
I will be sure to post up some pics as soon as I take delivery :D! Watch this space.
Oh and either way Im getting a white one!! :D Best colour!
Here are some pics of my 2003 E46 320i. Got it with 124k on the clock last Tuesday.
Full service history from BMW, One previous owner. Done almost 1000k's since. I just love driving this car! I have driven a lot of cars, and she is certainly one of the best! Image may be NSFW. Clik here to view.
Ive been getting between 6-8 liters per 100kms and i drive oh highway more often than in suburbs. my previous 320D(which had 300 00kms) which was manual give me 5-6 liters max . Can anyone advise me if there is somthing wrong with the car . Image may be NSFW. Clik here to view.
What you can get instead of an R18,000 iPhone 6 Plus pre-order
Thinking of pre-ordering an iPhone 6 before its official launch in SA? First consider what you could get for that money
Jan Vermeulen September 18, 2014
Mobile operators in South Africa haven’t even confirmed that they will be offering the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, but that doesn’t mean you have to wait until its official local launch to get one.
A number of online retailers, including TikTok, Kalahari, and onlinebargains (via Bidorbuy) are offering pre-orders for the iPhone 6 range.
Prices on the pre-orders vary dramatically between sellers. Promised arrival dates also differ, with TikTok and onlinebargains saying that the devices will arrive by the end of September, while Kalahari estimates delivery by the end of October.
Pre-launch imports of devices such as the iPhone are often a risky business warranty-wise, and are usually more expensive than what their normal retail price would be.
The top-end (128GB) iPhone 6 is going for R16,999 through Kalahari, while the 128GB iPhone 6 Plus is on pre-order for R17,999.
We’ve put together some bundles of gear you could get for that money instead, shown in the table below. For each bundle we tried to select one large-screen smartphone and one tablet, throwing in a 128GB SanDisk microSD card where appropriate.
For the most part, the stuff is already available in South Africa, with the Sony Xperia Z3 being an exception.
If you would like a more current phone in the Nokia bundle, substitute the Lumia 1520 and the memory card for a Nokia Lumia 930 for R6,997 (price from the Orange online store).
Most prices are from the Orange online shop (with the iPad being an exception).

iPhone 6 pre-order prices in South Africa
The iPhone 6 will officially start to ship on 19 September 2014, and South Africans can already purchase the latest Apple devices on pre-order
Staff Writer September 17, 2014
Apple unveiled the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus during a special event in the United States on 9 September 2014.
The new iPhones feature larger screens than their predecessors, with the iPhone 6 boasting a 4.7-inch display, and the iPhone 6 Plus a 5.5-inch display.
Pre-orders opened on 12 September 2014, and the devices will ship out from 19 September. Apple is aiming to ship the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus to 115 countries by the end of the year.
South Africans can expect to get the new iPhone through official channels towards the end of the year.
However, for those who cannot wait, some local retailers – including Kalahari and a Bidorbuy seller – have opened pre-orders in South Africa.
Here are some of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus pre-order offers currently available in South Africa.

FIRSTLY A GREAT HUGE BIG THANK YOU TO COIS. HE BAILED ME OUT BY CHECKING OUT A CAR FOR ME. I suspected it was fishy and indeed it was.
There are guys advertising cars even auction and salvage cars with almost, legitimate details like smd etc and they ask for deposit send you stock numbers etc.
Just be careful when buying anything. If u don't see the stock don't pay anything over to anyone. No matter how nice they may seem on the phone. These guys are sharks and make doing business with anyone so painfull because of fear of being defrauded.
If you do come across draw car sales, stay away. They advertising an black e92 m sport. Rear damage for 65k. It's looks like a legit deal because pics are in a salvage yard.
I hope this helps. Please move to correct section if necessary.
Finally my car has arrived at my dealer
Can't wait to get behind the wheel of this baby but unfortunately I'll have to wait till next Thursday. Out of the country. Will do a full write up and post better pics after I have driven it. Hey there guys, I am looking for a lawyer that is in the field of winding up deceased estates.
Issue here is my wifes gran passed away last year and the attorneys handling this comes across in all email correspondence as being unethical and down right rude.
I need some assistance here guys, even if you refer me to someone you have used in the past.
I am not normally one to share things "off topic" but this is a rather heartwarming read.
and it also puts our 1st world problems in to perspective. (Read, "is it a 325is or isnt it" )
A shout out to these police officers and also a thought to all those who arent as fortunate as us to be able to afford the nicer things (Read "BMWs") in life.
his mail, sent to KFM’s Ryan O’Connor, speaks for itself. This is leading SA:
“In the very early hours of Saturday 30 August 2014 (5am to be more exact), my husband and I stopped to refuel our vehicle at the Caltex garage opposite Kenilworth Centre.
There, outside the Freshstop shop were two police officers who were feeding about eight homeless young people on this grippingly cold morning.
It was so heart-warming to see how these two officers humbled themselves and served these boys with the sandwiches they made of bread and chips and also gave each of the youth a paper cup of cool drink.
The silence during this whole act seemed to almost make me feel as though I was witnessing something before God, it felt holy.
I could see the gratitude and respect the youth had toward those officers.
It was icy cold and they looked so hungry sitting there wrapped in old torn blankets.
When society rejected them, these officers reached out with helping hands.
They did not notice us but we noticed them.
A deed like this should not go unnoticed!
I was so proud of our police and my greatest respects to the two officers of the night who sought no rewards for being compassionate toward the homeless and destitute.
Imagine how their act may positively impact the mind-sets and even the lives of those eight youth they chose to show love and kindness toward.
May God bless them and protect them.
Please find and nominate these guys somehow toward something like Lead SA.
I only have the van’s number plate [BRW 678 B] on the photo.
I've put together some thoughts around importing an iPhone 6 into SA. I think some of you may find this information useful Image may be NSFW. Clik here to view. Especially regarding the different models and their compatibility in SA.

Hi, all. Mmm, I did post a thread the other day introducing myself, but something went wrong! Just want to try again. I am from Cape Town, name is Harley and I drive an E92 3351. Great car, and I started with a 318I, another 318I, a 323I, 325I, 330I, and now, at last, a 335I. Taken a while to get here! Have fun, cheers.
